• Location Services: Used strictly in real-time to enable core features, such as adding location tags to your saved photos or displaying features relative to your current position. 💾 Local Data Storage

We adhere to the principle of maximum privacy:

• All created photos and files are stored strictly locally on your device within the Application's isolated sandbox environment.
• We do not have access to your files, do not upload them to cloud servers, and do not share them with third parties.
• Deleting the Application from your device automatically deletes all associated local data and photos.

💳 In-App Purchases

The Application offers options for in-app purchases (one-time payments to unlock features or content).

• All transactions are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the official App Store.
• We do not collect or store your credit card details, payment info, or personal financial data.
• We only receive an anonymous digital transaction identifier (receipt token) from Apple to confirm the purchase and unlock paid features inside the Application.

🛡️ Third-Party Services and Analytics

• The Application does not use third-party SDKs (such as Firebase, advertising networks, or third-party analytical systems).
• We do not collect hidden metadata or track your activity across other apps or websites.

🧒 Children's Privacy

• The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
• If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use the Application or send any personal information about yourself to us.

🚫 Data Retention, Account Deletion, and Legal Basis

• Account Deletion: Because the Application operates entirely offline and does not require user accounts, no user account data is collected, stored, or needs to be deleted.
• Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the legal basis for processing your data locally is the Performance of a Contract to ensure the core functionalities of the Application perform properly on your device.

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your information depends on the security of your iOS device itself. We recommend using standard Apple security measures (Face ID / Touch ID and a passcode) to prevent unauthorized access to your phone.
