Terms of Use for APP Application

**Effective Date:** August 17, 2026

This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the developer of the APP mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

📌 1. License and Scope of Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

🍏 2. Acknowledgment of Apple's Non-Involvement

Both the Developer and the User acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the Developer and the User only, and not with Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

🔧 3. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. Both parties acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

💳 4. In-App Purchases

* The Application offers additional features or content available via one-time in-app purchases. * All transactions are processed and managed securely by Apple Inc. in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. * You agree to pay all applicable fees, including any related taxes, incurred through your purchases. * Refund requests are governed strictly by Apple's refund policy. The Application developer does not directly process or issue refunds.

🛡️ 5. Device Permissions and Data

To provide its core features, the Application requests access to your device's camera, photo library, and location services. You acknowledge that enabling these permissions is required for full functionality. All processing and storage of resulting files (photos) occur exclusively offline on your local device. All data usage through these device permissions is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.

🚫 6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: * Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application. * Use the Application for any unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights. * Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures or technical limitations within the Application.

⚖️ 7. Product Claims and Intellectual Property

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the Application (including product liability, legal non-compliance, or third-party intellectual property infringement claims).

🌐 8. U.S. Legal Compliance

The User represents and warrants that: 1. They are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country. 2. They are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

🎖️ 9. Third-Party Beneficiary

The Developer and the User acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon the User’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against the User as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

📝 10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

🏛️ 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable local jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law principles.

⚙️ 12. Amendments to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted within the Application or on our official website.
